RIVER LAKES CIVIC ARENA
Richmond Business Retention and Expansion created the Blue Bike program to increase the health and vitality of our citizens and folks who visit our little piece of heaven. In 2017, they had more than 265 bikes checked out, by people who live in the area, and as far away as New York City. The DNR also added a wonderful tire station. Folks are allowed to check out the bikes for free. See the details at the Richmond Pavilion. The program is a real successful example of the community, business and the city working together.
